What to Expect
A remote session begins with a phone call to discuss your needs — whether it’s pain, discomfort, or a deeper energetic imbalance. You’ll then be asked to relax in a quiet, comfortable place, ideally lying down.
How It Works
A practitioner directs healing energy through focused intention, guided by the principle that energy follows thought. Many clients report sensations such as warmth, tingling, lightness, or deep relaxation during the session.
Sessions are typically under 30 minutes and require no physical contact.
